Any recent experience with Casa Oliver in Palm Springs?

Am currently in Palm Springs for a few weeks, and understand the former All Worlds "Resort" which had become a major dump was recently purchased and undergoing renovations.   Has anyone gone there recently, and comment on what the facility is now like and whether a Day Pass might be worthwhile.    Thanks.

I live in Palm Springs and know of a few people who have gone there on a day pass and found it to their liking.  I have not gone, but if you want a someone to try it out with you, PM me.

If I'm not mistaken this place is now ran by @Oliver... I've not been yet, I have a reservation for the PS Weekend there but hopefully it has been updated as the last time it definitely was very much a dump
