I think Stella's is best for New Jersey White Trash cock - those pseudo-straight guys from Hackensack and Fort Lee and other unspeakable shitholes, wearing oiled hair and gold chains on their wrist and trying to look angry but natural with the pool stick. I do like the place. But, I like it for what it is and what it is not. It is a good place to hang out and watch people. It is a good place to play a game of pool. It is a good place to pick a copy of HX and Next if you live in midtown. It is a good place to get a drink if you want one. It is a good place to watch some really well-hung boys dance on stage and shake their groove thing. It is a good place to sit at a table and and see some of the most interesting reactions on other's faces. And, yes, it is occassionally a place to fine a very cute boy. I do say occassionally, because sometimes you have to go in several times (5 or 6) before a good candidate comes through the door. However, I can see how a tourist would not like it. Some people do now like spending that much time looking for that one guy that will work with them for one hour. This site makes things much easier for someone to find that one boy for the night. But, I like the challenge sometimes of weeding through all the rift-raft to find that one diamond in the rough that walks through the door the first time.

Point of view from the other side. I am not one to visit bars, but since I was in the city visiting,prior to the attacks, I decided to check the scene out. It was a mellow crowd. I was approached and propositioned by several guys who were nice. However, my prices seemed to be too much for them. There were some cute boys,one of them even tried to hustle me..lol. I was not sure if I should take it as a compliment or as an insult. He said he was cutting his price in half. But i digress, The interactions seemed to be a bit more crass that I am used to. It looked like many guys who walk the streets or need a fix or some sort were comming by to get some work. There are plenty of rough looking guys there. There were plenty of people looking to make new "friends" and i think plenty of people willing to be NEW FRIENDS. It can be a fun place i am sure. But do not expect more that what this place is... it is exactly what people say it is.

I think you should cut TruthTeller some slack. After all, I've been told he suffers a rare medical condition known as Perpetual Menstrual Syndrome. TT deserves our love and support. You just have to understand the burden he's up against, having to cope with a world that doesn't understand him, doesn't see his utter brilliance, and fails to take into account what it must be like to spend half of your life running to Walgreens for more tampons and Maxi-pads and Midol, which seems to be in short supply these days (probably a bin Laden plot).

 

Rather than chastising TT for his nasty responses, we should make some positive suggestions to help him, so let me go first.

My bud and I didn't make it to Stella's but we did have a blast to Roxy and several other clubs. Roxy was the best....never in my life have I move through such a sea of topless men just to go to the bathroom! People were very friendly there, got my ass pinched a number of times, and met some really fun guys for dancing and chatting. We also visited Splash (it was too damned hot in there temperature wise, and quite a bit of attitude. Folks just didn't seem that friendly on a Saturday night. Also visited "Heaven" and it was well named for a twink lover like myself. Lots of cute raver boys there, and lots of them were "rolling".

 

We can hardly wait for our next NYC venture. Definitely no place like NYC as far as I can see for the night life.

I have just read all the reviews re: Stellas', I have gone there for the past 4 years everytime i am in NYC, which is about 6 times a year.

I am have almost always found a hot guy to leave with. I do have a preferance for Latins. I have found hot Brazilian, Argentian and Puerto rican guys there. Yes, there are the harder, rougher, gold wearing types there, but if that is not your type(it's not mine)there has always been a selection of other Latin/black/white guys to pick from. I have only been there on Thurs./Fri./Sat. nights, so can't comment on the other days, but I would guess it would be more limited in selection. I have heard that the club "Speed" Papi cock, is good on Fridays up on the third floor private show area, if anyone knows i would appreciate knowing your experiance. thanks
