NYC has become so unaffordable for many young people. 

I am starting to notice a lot of talented young men, arrive here and barely make the year, before they are off to the West Coast or Florida.

He went back to tend to a sick family member. I was glad to hear that FL might be his next home when Ohio is resolved.
