Apparently, I am ready to go the way of the rotary dial phone. ELECTRIC CAN OPENERS ARE PASSE?!? My hands work almost as badly as my back does. The can opener I asked for for Xmas a few years ago is a godsend. jeezifonly Posted December 30, 2025 Posted December 30, 2025 Kitchen gizmos come and go. As a better than average cook, some are not for me, others earn a place in the already full drawer. The nylon "ground beef masher" is one I avoided for years - but, dishwasher safe and works like a charm. Wood padels and spoons? still got'em, don't use 'em with raw meat anymore. Change is a part of the learning curve that makes cooking fun. MikeBiDude 1
