I’ve hit a spot where I’m on more of a budget and especially looking for the best quality massage with extras for the most reasonable price.   Who offers the best value?

Value is hardly a relevant term of comparison with regard to providers. Remember, the single most important element in the combo service you're looking for is actually chemistry. 

It is priceless. And you never know where you're going to find it. But I hope you do!
