No, those are not average rates for San Diego. 
Based on all published rates in San Diego, the average is 121.43 for 60 minutes, in call (at the masseur place)

I took a dive and tried the erotic, it was on a bed which is not my preference....in fact most of the times I decline when that is the setup.  I was willing to allow it this time.  I was actually surprised by his skills on the massage part, I'd give them a solid "B" - perhaps deducting for the bed to round as a "B-" but I would probably enjoy it a lot if he had a table with him.  The extras were fun too.  

Some other details: 

-He looks like his pictures

-He says he's a swimmer and has that build/muscle-tone

-Very friendly and was good with small-talk conversation but I get the feeling if you wanted to talk more, he would and could have an interesting discussion

All that said, it was on the expensive side so would I repeat? Eh, maybe but if it was $60 less then definitely, yes, I would.

I did go to him, he was in the Gaslamp.  It was a private AirBnB so not bad, it was clean and he had it ready to use the bed.  This was a Tuesday night so parking wasn't bad (2-3 minutes to find a space) but I know you can imagine another evening where it could take 15-30 minutes to find parking.
