So I tried him the other night, he was down in Encanto which sounded sketchy but it wasn't too bad. He does share the house with roommates and a dog but I didn't see any humans when I went to him, just a cute husky. He had a table and was a pleasant surprise with his skills: he gave a good massage. It wasn't trained but he knew what he was doing and I thought did a good job overall. He was friendly in the right ways and I left happy. I took a leap last night and fell flat. I tried this guy, thinking it would be mediocre but sufficient but it was worse and not satisfying. My first red flag was the Motel 6 downtown, which isn't about the brand but rather the location and the other experience I've had with a provider there. It's not a great part of downtown SD and the rooms are really small. Just like the last provider, the table didn't fit in the room so he was scootching around the table and me so it made for awkward movements and not being able to reach my body with enough leverage. He does look like his pics, maybe an inch or two shorter but in good shape. It was expensive for "regular" massage but the description was vague, so another red flag that I should have known to heed. It was was just lotion and some light touches. He had his shirt off but that was it. No sensual aspects. No touching. No technique or skill. It was disappointing and when I flipped over, there was 5 minutes and he said "done". I even asked: "really?" The total time was 40-45 minutes. So unfortunate but hopefully it keeps someone else from making the same mistake of thinking, "go for it. It won't be that bad." I definitely wouldn't repeat. He did have a menu of even more expensive options, that I think included MT but they were 50% and 100% more than what I paid ($200), I wasn't biting on any of that. Sorry to disappoint anyone that wanted to try him. Maybe if you opt for the more expensive options then you'll get more of what you can get with other local providers (but for less money and better overall experience). 🙃

I tried him out and while the overall experience wasn't horrible but it wasn't good and I can't recommend him....I won't go back. I did go to him, he was in the Gaslamp. It was a private AirBnB so not bad, it was clean and he had it ready to use the bed. This was a Tuesday night so parking wasn't bad (2-3 minutes to find a space) but I know you can imagine another evening where it could take 15-30 minutes to find parking.

It was definitely a full hour, actually a bit over and then he left me clean up at his hotel too. He did have his table with him and it was a good comfortable setup, I am not a fan of massage on a bed....I've maybe had one good one out of 20. I paid him $180, the actual rate was lower based on what we talked about in OC but I decided to pay him this amount based on what was delivered.

I tried him out last night because he was proactive in reaching out to me that he was in San Diego. Some might call it aggressive sales/marketing since I had contacted him in OC and couldn't make it work but I didn't really mind since he was respectful and probing vs hard-sell tactics. At first I thought his massage skills were below mediocre, his vibe is very energetic bordering on frenetic but he was very friendly so I went with the flow. It was very sensual/erotic in nature, from 10 minutes in - I normally like elements but want to get 30-40 in before it goes that way since I actually like a good massage. I digress. As I waited on his massage skills they went up as we went along....while he was quick with his strokes it actually became relaxing and I enjoyed it more. I would still give the skills a C+ but he is attractive and very playful. I do think it could be YMMV situation but he was definitely more on the erotic side, less on massage. I might repeat but only if I was looking for that type of fun, I wouldn't go out of my way to connect again. Others that look for this, I would suggest you try him out. It was better than I expected.

I'm telling you it's not that bad. Without giving away his area, it's right by some major streets that have parking...yes, you may have to walk a block or two but you can find parking around there. @Dr.Daddy He does have upcharges for cupping but not for any other "standard" services. I actually find him more sensual/erotic than others, so his massage isn't hard pressure deep tissue but it's a good sports technique mixed with fairly sensual strokes and touches. He is liberal with massage oil but yet I don't leave feeling greasy, it is likely applied to help him glide over you.

Alright, I took the plunge here and let me start off by saying I may pull some punches on my review. Communication and setup was simple enough, the area in Hillcrest he's in does have challenges with parking during the day because of permit requirements but I didn't have any concern since I was there at night on a Sunday. When I got to his place Cesar greeted me in and it's a small studio/1-bd but the table was set in the middle of the living/bedroom so there was more than enough room. He advertises that he's a stroke and cancer survivor so don't be surprised when he does have a bit of lisp and limp because of what I'd guess are after-effects from the stroke. The room temp was comfortable but I couldn't tell if there was AC, so again it's been hot recently and since this was at night (and I like rooms warmer) that gives you context for what I find a comfortable room to be. For the massage, it was fine....C+. He worked hard to dig into my muscles because I had asked for deep pressure but it was definitely not a skilled massage. He was talking a bit and checking in so that was positive since I don't like too much chatting. He also looks like his pictures, definitely on the skinny/twink side of body types.
