How to keep from being followed?

I've noticed @marylander1940 and @Vegas_Millennial for instance both don't have the option to follow them on their profile pages. Is there a setting to keep from being followed? I can't find it.

In "Account"..."Profile"

To the right of #of followers, click "Options"

Then ✔️ check the box to not allow others to follow you
