I recently wanted to search for a good masseur while in The Netherlands. I found out that HUNQZ is the best option. It’s affiliated with Romeo (formerly gayromeo) which is a social site similar to scruff or Grindr. The Hunqz site has search options for Companions, Massage, Tops, Bottoms etc

Found two guys that advertised massage. Although there’s a lot of overlap with escort and massage.

I have tried Seeking before, and it seems many supposed providers on there are scammers. I've had some success with Hunqz before, but honestly, RM seems like it has been my best bet for finding a good crop of providers.
