Chris Duffy ( Bull Stanton,) RIP

There was a Facebook post this morning that Chris had passed away recently. We were good friends when he lived in Tampa.  Does anyone have any additional information?

No info-I just remember his ad on M4RN. I had considered hiring him. I even called him up. He answered. We spoke a bit. I just had the feeling the that maybe we weren't going to be a good match. So I didn't pursue it further. 
 

Sad-all the muscle guys who have passed too soon-although I don't know if they are all for the same reasons. Scott Klein and SoloflexKc come to mind.

I saw "Soloflex" and "Scott" and had all sorts of flashbacks.

Met Chris Duffy the first time I went to Tampa.  In all the decades since, I never meant anyone quite like him. And that's meant as a compliment, with gratitude.

At the time I contacted Soloflex, I was still a virgin. I lived in Madison, Wi and was in Chicago for the weekend. I actually talked to him on one of my first cell phones. I was very nervous. As I recall he was out for the evening with his mother and couldn't meet then. Then he called  back later, and I missed his return call. It then took about two years or so before the handicap of my virginity to be over and dined with. 
 

I can't remember if I ever actually talked with Scott. I might have-was still a virgin at that point. But as far as I know, he was  straight. I knew that wasn't going to work out. So I never pursued it further.

I knew scott very well and actually dated kc. Scott had relatives in a small town in Illinois and would pass thru and train at one of my gyms. i went to visit him once and he was in a bad way. I felt terrible for him and about two months later I found out about his death.

Kc had a very rough life growing up being passed from foster housing to a not so good adoption. He tried his very best to be good but his addiction to nubane then onto harder drugs never allowed him to be his best. A few years after our "breakup" I saw him out in boystown. he said I was the only one he ever met that he truly felt wanted the best for him and tried to love him. Our last encounter. I knew of him being in south Florida years later while I lived there. I wanted so badly to go see him yet was afraid to open up a pandoras box. I learned a few years after of his passing. I was sad but when I learned how he passed, i wasn't surprised. I hope both are resting peacefully.

Great to read all the reminiscing about muscle men from the past.

 

Still hoping to find out some information regarding what happened to Chris. Would like to know if there is a wake planned and or funeral services. I understand that the circumstances may drive  his family to keep this more private and low-key. He was a good friend of mine and I would like to pay my respects.

Oh man. I met him at the Suncoast Resort probably 25 years ago. He was hot as hell. Sorry to hear he passed.
