Agree.  Following.  And if he’s legit I’d give him a shot on my next visit to Chicago!

Very difficult to get a timely response from him from my initial inquiries.  He requests a photo in addition to knowing what the client is looking for.  

Quoted me $400/hr $1000/3hrs $2000/6hrs $2500/8hrs

I decided I'd try someone else who I know with a proven history of being a good provider.

His prices are absolutely outrageous for Chicago.

For a newcomer who is untested without a proven track record, his rates are considered high for the San Francisco area as well.
