Only NINE dancers for the Grand Finale!

Last Friday night, for the 9:15 show, only nine dancers came on stage for the grand finale. Doesn't Denise care about MY needs? I need more dick!

Actually, I think it underscores the problem of getting guys to show up, stay sober, and show up again the next night. According to NYO's review, two of these dancers didn't show up Saturday night. About 10 pm a new dancer came in with his gear to add to the show, but he was going to be dancer #12 and I had to get home to my teddy bear.....

denise has a hard job trying to get these guys on stage on time; she has fines and "banishment" as her only tools. unfortunately, she sometimes has to rely on what she can get on quick notice and that is my guess as to how kirk returned. personally, it is better to have kirk on stage than no one. you do not have to hire him and you can just enjoy the eye candy (even if you hate the guy, you have to admit that is one great body).

 

if people do not hire a dancer for "privates" they will not be back as the dancing alone is not worth their time. as i said on the kirk thread, just enjoy the show and hope denise fills the dance card so there is someone on stage.

I also beleive that Kirk was a last minute replacement. I was at the Gaiety one night a few months ago when Kirk was in the ticket booth with Denise. They were lauging and chatting, and they looked like old freinds.

 

Denise does fine the dancers if they miss the Finale. If they are late for their stage times and they miss finales, Denise will first dock them, and then she will fire them.

 

Sometimes dancers cancel thier weeks at the last minute, and our Canadian freinds sometimes have unexpected troubles with Customs at the border. (Someone should tell them that it is stupid to try to carry drugs into the country. If they get caught, they can not come into the U.S. for five years. We have been deprived of some great dancers because of this mistake. They should figure out how to get their drugs once they get to New York.)

 

All that being said, I have to confess that on a couple of occaisons, I have caused dancers to miss the Finale. We were just too busy, and we were all having too much fun. So even if you are disappointed that not all dancers make the finale, at least be glad that some client is getting more than their money's worth.

Well, by the looks of things, some of them are finding their drugs when they get here. I have seen two shows where the dancer nearly fell off the stage, and many others where they were pretty clearly on another planet.

It seems selfish to keep a dancer from entertaining the rest of us to satisfy one person's desires, not to mention risking his job.

anyone remember when my friend & yours--glenn--who disappeared after the car hit him coming out of the cubby hole on dixie highway in ft lauderdale, fell off the stage at wet & they charged him for all of the BROKEN bottles of alcohol????

 

surely i wasn't the only one laughing my ass off that night!

 

then again, i was dumb enough to fuck him after that. the gimpy arm did somthing to me!

I've actually been pretty surprised how FEW "drink accidents" happen in those clubs where the boys actually dance on the bar. ;-)

 

Here, the major strip clubs actually have separate "stages" for the dancers. But I've done more than my share of frantic grabs for my beer bottle when an errant shot glass gets kicked down the bar like a bullet.

I was selfish becasue one of the times when the boys missed the Finale, I was with two dancers at that same time. That WAS selfish.

 

As far as missing the Finale, it was the final Finale of the evening at about 3 AM. I was once in the Gaiety for that Finale, and there are only about 5 or 6 people left and half of them are asleep/passed out. The dancers hate that final Finale, as it is pointless, and ruins thier scheduling. No one knows why Denise insists on the final Finale at 3 AM. But if the boys miss a Finale, it is not because I am selfish, it is because they are not managing thier schedule. It is not my reponsibility to make sure that they make their appearances on time, it is their their responsibility. Should I set have set an alarm and shooed them out so that they could make the final Finale at 3 AM. The fact that they stayed was their choice, not mine. But I certainly appreciated it an enjoyed it.

 

The two boys that missed the final Finale that night told me later that Denise deducted $50 from thier pay for the week. I offered each of them to make it up to them, and the both refused mu offer. As I said we were all very busy that night. Some of the Gaiety dancers ARE customer freindly.
