CBS' "Big Brother - Season 27"

For those watching, here's this season's official thread !  Hot men alert !

The season kicked off on July 10, some hot guys entered the house (Kenau, Vince, Zach and Zae) as well as past winner Rachel Riley (who is morphing into Debra Messing, either by accident or design).  Riley has teamed up the women and has decided to pick off all the hot guys one by one - the first evicted was Zae.

Three evictions in, and two of the hot guys have already gotten evicted - 'Zae' and Adrian. Damn ! And Keanu is put on the block every damn week (but manages to get himself off).

Overall, the season has been incredibly predictable which makes it incredibly slow.

Keanu does not strike me as 100% straight at all. I'm guessing he's gay, bisexual or 'sexually fluid' (or whatever Millennials call themselves these days). NO WAY is he straight.

When he's onscreen, the banjo music from 'Deliverance' should play. There's nothing sexy or appealing about him, yet he's the one who walks around bare-chested for the camera. Yuck!

Au revoir to Jimmy - and that was a few weeks too late.

Ava is HOH and she nominated Zack, Vince and Keanu - the three most gorgeous guys out of the four left.

I'm going to stick with it until Vinny and Keanu are done - those were my first two crushes on the show. I hope Keanu wins this season. 

Last night, Katherine ended her vote in the DR by addressing her parents: "Mom, Dad, sorry you saw me kissing a boy!"   

Hmmm. Is Mom and Dad raising her to be a lesbian, and would rather see her lip-lock with a girl on TV ? 

Good news for Zach:  He's now free to lose his virginity to Zae. It was too obvious those two are in love.

The past week, the concern over Riley and Katharine's relationship had gotten real and gone viral. Viewers - as well as Katharine's family - wanted Riley removed from the show, due to his controlling behavior with Katharine. The producers said they were 'monitoring' the situation.

This week, Riley gets put up as a replacement nom when one of the original players had his nom vetoed. BB forums said this was all orchestrated by producers to get rid of Riley without them interfering. Sure enough, out of the blue - Riley's evicted. I don't mind seeing him gone (even though on the live feeds he has supposedly shown a king size dong). 

Now we're down to three men - only two cute guys (Vince and Keanu). This is turning into a vag fest.

For those who are watching the show, did you notice during the live 'Blockbuster' (which a contestant has a last chance to take themselves off 'the block'), the camera never showed Mickey 'competing' as the camera was on Riley and Morgan. Hmmm. Then Julie announces the competition was over and Mickey won. Hmmmm. She seemed to have won 'off camera' range - which never happens in this show. Then Riley's evicted. 

PROOF that production interfered with this show and had Riley removed. No doubt.

According to CBS pressers, Mr. Riley will NOT be available for 'exit interviews' with the media this weekend, due to 'scheduling conflicts'. Hmmm. They promise he will be free 'at a later date'.

Insiders at the network said that after he left the stage last night (his brief exit interview with show host Julie Suzanne Chen Moonves}, producers whisked him away to a 'situation room' to explain to him the 'backlash' from the viewing audience about his 'creepy behavior' on the live feeds. It was said Rylie was 'visibly' upset that the studio audience did not give him the 'hero's welcome' he thought he deserved when he exited the house and sat down for the interview with Julie. 

They also said his eviction was indeed the orchestration of producers who wanted him out (from pressure by the viewing audience) and spent the day today briefing him on the contracts he signed with the network and producers, which forbids him to 'bad mouth' the network or the show.

Is anybody still watching this show?  I really can’t stand any of the people in the house and I think the challenges are insipid and stupid.
 

I’m not sure why I’m still watching it. I fast-froward through a lot of it.

I watched the initial episodes and there were two or three very attractive young men who were mostly shirtless, so the season had promise.  The first week, the most muscular and to my mind best looking guy was voted out.  Two others quickly followed.  I tune in now on Thursdays to see who has been eliminated but the show itself has lost the allure of having sexy young men conspiring and perspiring.  He is the one posing.
