When is Food Too Old to Use?

I know there's cans of stuff in my pantry that I bought during the pandemic when people started hoarding food. 

I wouldn't normally even use canned vegetables, but it seemed the best strategy at the time.

Like @Charlie said...never actually needed them...so they're still sitting there. I know canned food often has an actual shelf life longer than the label indicates. I hate wasting food ..but I am likely never going to use it before the next pandemic lockdown.
