Yes, I was confused by that as well.  My best guess is that the website is not up to date.  Since i got an automated response on RM that i copied above.  That response talks about a plea bargain, so i'm assuming it's the most up to date?  Maybe someone here will know more.  If he responds with an update, i'll put it here for sure. I've never met him but saw his ad recently.

Maybe his website was updated since some of you posted yesterday, but what I read this morning says that his sentence is probation.  Hopefully his travel plans and PNP willingness don't violate his probation.  Seems kind of bold to put this out there with an ad that makes him clearly identifiable.
