I realize it's no guarantee (either way), but I'm always hesitant when I don't see at least ONE shot of a professional setup, massage table, dedicated room, please God oh God let there be a HEAD REST (that's a deal breaker), and SOMETHING that indicates there will be a professional massage. 

Personally, a great massage, draped, and the guy can be in a hazmat (sp?) suit for all I care if it's a great massage and he's interested in making sure I have a great experience.

I hired Romeo this week from rentmasseur for an erotic massage. We spent about 5 minutes on the massage, then 90 minutes on the erotic. He has a portable table with minimal padding and no head rest. But he was happy to work on a bed. 

The pics are accurate. I would hire again just to watch him undress. 

He speaks Spanish. Communicating in English was difficult, but in person you won't need to talk.
