I mostly am attracted to, and hire, guys close to my own age but I have hired younger, although not as young as my boys are now. As they get older, it's inevitable that I'll be attracted to men their ages, I suppose, just as a straight father might be turned on by his daughter's contemporaries. But it does make me uneasy.
