It's interesting that the 2008 recession saw a larger drop than the 2020 pandemic, both in total numbers and as a percentage from the year prior.  Thank you for sharing

2008 was more personal reasons than global economics.  Wish we had more industry-wide data versus just one guy's records.

Was this intentional as to focus on existing clients and put less time and effort into acquiring new clients?
