What could get a guy banned from RM?

Someone I met once through RM is banned now and I’m curious what could conceivably lead to that on a platform I understand to be pretty loose in enforcement

RM can remove a profile for various reasons, such as using someone else’s pictures. However, from a technical standpoint, it seems quite difficult, if not impossible, to fully ban someone. While it’s technically possible to ban a user from a website, the effectiveness of such a ban depends on the methods employed and the user’s determination to bypass it.

They're actually kind of strict with payment. I just did a gift membership for a guy and they made me verify my purchase with an ID and said they would disable my account in 24-hours if I didn't upload it. So I actually do think they can be pretty strict with that kind of thing.

Yes he can always come back but he should use someone else's credit card to do it. They insist on providers using their own credit card, if there's a record of his name and it matches a new account he might get banned again.

Did you ask him? 

Using someone else's pictures as pointed before but it's always something like violence against a client, threatening someone, etc. They love taking people's money therefore must be at last resort choice to ban a provider.

A chargeback from a credit card would be an automatic ban. They would block you by your IP address.

It's obviously much worse to get banned as a provider. If you tried to sign up again your name also would be on a blacklist. But if you're a client you don't even really need an account as you can still see a phone number and text them.

IP address blocking is next to useless since almost all consumer internet connections use dynamic IP which changes periodically, and mobile devices switch networks frequently as users move about. Very few consumer accounts get static IP, usually paying extra for it, and usually because they're hosting their own website.

The only reason to IP block is if a device is part of a DDOS attack, or originating in a restricted region such as Iran.

User blocking is normally done by other means such as browser/device fingerprinting, as well as other signals.

Uh....have you ever tried to access RentMen on a Tor browser? That gets blocked well enough.

Blocking a service such as Tor is much different than blocking an individual user by IP.  Most Tor exit nodes are well known and have to be static by design.  Tor is often used by malicious network scanners hunting for vulnerable systems and certain other attacks, so it makes some sense to block the Tor service. 

If you block an individual user by IP address, they just need to reset their router.  They'll usually get a new IP address from their ISP.  Mobile devices also change IP addresses frequently as users hop wifi and mobile networks.  Trying to prevent access by a single user by IP is playing whack-a-mole.  Again, more reliable techniques are browser/device fingerprinting, which is less trivial to circumvent.

I know several escorts who had to switch from Visa to MC and were concerned about anything going wrong during this procedure.

I don’t want to steer this thread off topic or start an argument, but changing a device fingerprint is not as complicated as it sounds.

I was updating my profile then I hit ENTER  then 3 Sec Later I got this:

Yes.  He offered a vague explanation that RM can’t provide a good reason.  

I can attest that his photos were his own.

This is someone I’ve considered travel with

Trust is important to me and I’m trying to connect the dots
