His photos do indicate a cut dick.

But I agree with you that the term cut is frequently misused and misunderstand among providers and masseurs.

I'd point out that reviews are a couple of years old, although that's not necessarily a red flag. Brazillians (and indeed many guys from other countries) will regularly travel/go back home for a while. Some good reviews there, sounds like it could be a great experience.
