Good afternoon, Cajun (and non-Cajun) cooks.  I added another video to thecajuncooks.com, and I demonstrate how to cook Shrimp Clemenceau.  This dish is more Creole than Cajun and more commonly found in restaurants.  However, it's easy---no roux---and it's not too spicy.  Of course, I include wine suggestions.
