Sammy's mischaracterized the dancers as independent contractors, according to a lawsuit seeking at least $100,000 in compensatory damages.

Bozo has never heard of a club owner forcing its strippers to share their tips with the salaried employees; in this case, the dj, floor manager,and/or house mom. A "socialist" system is an apt description of workers, whose only income came from tips, being forced to share those tips with the rest of the staff, especially in light of also being required to pay a "house fee" to the owners.

If they all get the same share of all tips, WHERE pray tell is any motivation for them to do their best? Or anything beyond "just going through the motions?" The only group that’s motivated will be the IRS, who assuredly will go after the tips as unclaimed income. Look for an FBI raid anytime soon.

Bozo is cheering the girls on... and hopes the club owners are forced to pay big time for their greed. Though its unclear how much sympathy the strippers will get from an Alabama jury.

Just like each bartender should keep HIS own tips, each stripper should be able to do the same. All strippers sharing their tips with each other and with other employees is simply not fair!
