While not an escort, I use Whitman Walker for sexual healthcare, as I decided they would have more experience in that area than my suburban primary care doctor. I disagree with both assumptions. I've used free anonymous clinics to get tested. But when I needed treatment, they then had to ask for my identity. Whenever someone need a treatment he received it right there without having to show his insurance. Plenty of "down low "guys used it for that reason.
