Jocktop69 Posted January 4, 2024 Posted January 4, 2024 Heading to Portland next week. Any one been there in the last few month? Last visit saw very little full nudity and was kind of sketchy. Hope it may have gotten better.
BALCONY Posted March 14, 2024 Posted March 14, 2024 My recent visit to Stag revealed a surprising vibe for a (male) strip club. You might call it pansexual/queer/genderfluid. Chidude and + Vegas_Millennial 1 1

You might call it pansexual/queer/genderfluid. It is for this reason why, on my most recent visit to Portland, I spent most of my time and money at Silverado. Silverado had less nudity than in years past, but the strippers were all men and most gave good private lap dances. Norcalbidad and captainbuddy 1 1
+ Vegas_Millennial Posted June 22 Posted June 22 I spent 3 nights Silverado. There were at least a dozen dancers each night, with more than half of them my type. Some of them even had no tattoos. About 1/2 of the dancers got fully nude in the public dance area. I had private dances with at least 1/2 of them (one at a time). The private dances were a fantastic bargain even at $25. There is no house fee for private dances, and the dances are much longer than at other establishments and none of the dancers haggled prices with me. From time to time the were females in the audience, but they never spoke loud and always gave their money to a male friend to do the tipping. This is a well run gay establishment. The fish and chips were just ok. TheBossBabyback, jayjaycali, + azdr0710 and 1 other 1 1 2
+ Vegas_Millennial Posted June 22 Posted June 22 (edited) Unfortunately, Stag is overrun with woman. I've never had so many breasts rub up against me in an hour. My ear drums hurt every few minutes when one of them cackles. And God forbid the screaching sounds they make when a new male dancer debuts. But ... Women don't tip like men. So take my advice and do what I do... Push (nudge) those women to the side and go right up to the dancer and stuff some bills in his jock. Thankfully, the dancers at Stag were gay enough (or business savvy enough) to then pay more attention to me than to the women. The screeching stopped and I had a wonderful time with the dancers. 😊 Edited June 22 by Vegas_Millennial Removed "bitches" and "cunts" and replaced with "women", lest I unleash the wrath of the speech police. 😉 BSR and TheBossBabyback 2

When I visited Stag last night as a patron, I agree that the women "woohoo'd" the loudest when the men climbed high on the pole. They (the women) still didn't tip much. As a gay man, I made it a point to tip every dancer at Silverado that went fully nude even if he was not my type, just to thank him for going fully nude. No guy went fully nude at my night at Stag, so I left with a lot of money in my wallet then went back to Silverado to spend it. BSR 1

Random question, is it easy for traveling strippers to go from club to club? I assume clubs love fresh talent for a weekend but is there ever push back from clubs or other dancers?

I know of at least one club in Portland which requires its dancers to perform at least twice Monday through Thursday in order to be allowed to perform Friday through Sunday. Some dancers may not even break even on a Monday through Thursday night, so they only show up in order to be able to dance on the weekend. This rule alone makes it less likely a dancer would switch venues within the same week or weekend. TheBossBabyback 1

I now prefer Campus and other bars on week nights before the Fri/Sat weekend rush. The dancers are much more chill and you really feel special or like a walking ATM, either way, I have a great time on weeknights. + Vegas_Millennial 1

As far as the club opposing it, it depends on the club. For instance to dance at Silverado, you can get turned away if the bartender working that day doesn't like you, they will make up excuses, then "go in the backroom to talk to the dance manager" and say you cant dance.
