I'm very interested in this to the point where I may break my years-long streak of waiting for movies to show up on streaming. NPR just had an interview with the director, and had a clip of Timothee Chalamet singing "Pure Imagination" from the Gene Wilder Wonka movie. It's getting great reviews, and sounds like it pays homage to the Wilder movie very well. Funniest bit in the interview was when they asked the director if he had any issues with Roald Dahl, mentioning anti-Semitic remarks; the director said "Well, I never met him".
