Noticed that too based on the reviews.  Almost like escort prices.  Must be high upcharges for erotic services as the Massuerfinder website says that rates start at $140 and go up for additional services.

Just went back and read the ad, he's traveling the country in his van with his dog, so incalls are in the van.
