very light touches, what is it called?

I'd like someone to provide a very specific kind of non-genital touching. I don't know what it's called. Any guidance would be welcome.

The experience:

• very light, slow touches

• gentle brushing
• scalp massage
• reflexology (feet and hands)
• may induce goosebumps
• probably makes me fall asleep

is "effleurage" the word you're looking for? A strictly-therapeutic massage therapist I saw many years ago used to do light almost tickling touches on my belly & almost going down to my nethers. It'd get me hard as a rock, he had to notice, but it never went further than that.
