A very non commital ad.  

He says any money paid to him is for his companionship and that his reviews speak for themselves.  Even a fool knows that disclaimer sentence in an ad on rentmen is meaningless.  

The sentence about only companionship is for his benefit considering his ad shows he does sexual things. 

He has no client reviews, as has already been noted in a prior post.   

I suspect that he had a previous rentmen account wherein he had reviews and with his new ad (opened six days ago with rentmen) the reviews were lost when opening the new ad.  

The wording in his ad leaves him the option to meet and get paid to do nothing except accompany the client.  

My vote is a big "no thank you" in thinking this ad is worth pursuing.

Yeah, he probably had to delete his old profile and didn’t bother to write new ad text. Always a red flag. There’s usually a troubling reason he deleted the other ad, but not always. 

Regarding the non-committal language, maybe he wants to pick and choose who he will get physically intimate with after he meets them? This approach makes for a bad provider, of course. He doesn’t sell himself on the muscle worship only scenario, so who knows.

Hopefully is nothing but a disclaimer a lawyer told him to post to stay out of trouble..

No "I'm into" section at all. This is deliberate and leaves the provider lots of wiggle room to decide what he'll do at a meet. He may not be an utter scam, but clients need to realize this and discuss likely limits with him beforehand in a respectful and professional manner.

I've never understood guys who are "versatile"  or "ask me" and then don't fill out the "I'm into" section.  Then they bemoan how guys are wasting their time when all potential clients are trying to do is determine if the provider is what they're looking for.

I've met him before (ok, a few times...)- he still periodically goes to the Adonis parties in NYC and LA. He definitely isn't cheap, but I can attest that it really is him. I agree with azdr that you should tell him what you are looking for before you meet up because I think he does have limits, but for the right price, I'm guessing he can be very generous.

It's just like a gas station. Their rate likely varies depending on their location and other factors. Always look to reviews to find concrete rates. If there's none, coupled with an "ask me", don't bother. They're wasting your time and their own money.

I did not meet him, but based on my communications with him, I can second this. He’s very expensive, and says upfront he may not be able to handle everything, but for the right price, I got the impression that he would try. I thought it could be a halfway scammy situation, but if PenguinsAreCool is to be trusted, I guess not.
