Not think. I know. They aren't easy to find but they are there. I know from experience.

Of course there’s always the exception but to expect it is unrealistic. Why you got either blocked or the guy stopped responding to you. I’d estimate 97%+ don’t have licenses. People with licenses don’t go on rentmen.
