Wondering how people feel on what seems like appropriate pricing per hour for sensual only massage versus a more erotic full service massage.

Full service massage, if by full service you mean penetrative sex is include, is escort rate work. It’s priced higher than sensual massage. The actual rate though depends on the market you’re in, which you haven’t mentioned.

I'd like to bump this question and would love elaboration.

What is fair pricing for each of the RM categories Therapeutic, Sensual and Erotic? Should erotic and sensual be therapeutic as well? Should sensual massage be nude? Is full service an outside category? Yes, no and why.

Feel free to elaborate on what your expectations are or which conditions you believe should be met to satisfy a category change.

There’s no standard definition so you should ask the guy what he includes for the rate quoted.

My favorite masseur charges the same for all of his work, but only advertises therapeutic and sensual. All of his work is therapeutic but can include extras. He will remain clothed unless he is asked to remove his clothes and he feels comfortable in doing so. In his mind, I am paying to get a massage, anything else is because we both feel into it. He doesn't advertise erotic work (even though I have gotten very erotic work from him) because he feels that puts him in the "escort" category and the expectations would be very different. He wants to maintain control of what he does and with whom. He's a great guy and affordable. $115 for 60 mins and $155 for 90 mins. I asked him why his rates are lower than average, he explained it's due to his location (suburbs) and he is not in his late 20's with a gym body. 
So, by his definition erotic work should cost more because the expectations are that there will be nudity and penetration, regardless of mutual attraction. Sensual to him means that you should expect a HE (or at least the attempt) but otherwise just a standard massage. No guarantee of nudity or MT. But he also believes a massage should ALWAYS include mostly massage work.

My 2 cents. Therapeutic=strictly platonic massage (commonly with some professional training), hourly rate up to $140. Sensual=nude massage with MT, HE option, hourly rate up to $200. Erotic=optional massage (which is usually bad), escort-type experience, hourly rate $200+.

I don’t do therapeutic only. My massage includes therapeutic work but is sensual: my definition of sensual includes oral, rim, kiss, prostate massage etc. The client will usually reach orgasm and the massage is done naked (part way through). What actually gets included depends on what the client is comfortable with. Other masseurs might have a different definition of sensual and have different ideas about what is included, that’s why I say to ask them. Oh and I think it’s really important that it’s a great massage done well.
