Kind of the "fool me once,  shame on you,  fool me twice,  shame on me".     I believe in second chances,  but totally get what some are saying above.    Some experiences,  like this one are very hard to ignore.

I did give a second chance to a provider who robbed me at the second visit.   So, no. Supply and demand are on my side.
