Ask for whatsapp, text when DM on RM

Last thing I want is proof of money exchange for sex on my phone. If police wannna see my phone, I wanna be able to say " go ahead, check my whatsapp and my text"

Why do escort on RM demand to be contacted somewhere else. Why is messaging on RM not good enuf (which totally is). Better to keep all transactions there, and not on my phone. Safer for escorts and clients

I assumed it was to get the clients number (which can be as anonymous as theirs can be so don’t really see the advantage) and to talk about things (eg rates, party products etc) that they think safer on app or private phone.

and maybe laziness as they don’t want to re-enter client info into their phone or other CRM system in case they get booted from RM

Main answer being that RM is terrible. RM messenger is only marginally better. 
 

also if someone is willing to contact you via another method (phone / what’s app / email) it’s l we likely they’ll flake. Point blank. And easier to contact them for repeat visits, but really the first. 
 

also, in the event that RM goes under (like rentboy, men4rentnow, Craigslist et Al, did) you’re building a list that still exists outside that tangible contact method.
