Everyone has been recommending Noir, but I've been trying to make an appointment for almost 2 weeks now. 

When I fill out the reservation form on their website, I get stuck on the endless circle of death after submitting and it never goes through. I even contacted them through their WeChat number and they responded by asking me to text them the same info from the reservation form... and still nothing. I've messaged them back multiple times and still no response, I'm getting a bit frustrated.

Has anyone else had any issues trying to book an appointment with them?
