Real names

I was a bit surprised that one of the dancers at campus shared his real name.  Using just his first name and what he told me of his day job I was able to find his full name, and an online bio matched where he told me he was from.

Turns out he was on a reality show (one of those where they put a bunch of hot straight singles together). Too bad I can’t figure out how to stream it.

Do most of the dancers share their real names?

With the invention of onlyfans and trying to be social media famous, some have gone that route using their real names instead of trying to hide in order to build a following.

You mean Walide right?

You can't say most, cause everyone is different. I don't ask cause it can kill the vibe, but if they wanna share it's up to them.

Nope.

“W” went by Lorenzo for quite a time. I rarely attend, and he rarely worked, so I don’t know if he dropped that moniker. I know most of the guys’ names and I let on. It’s a small world after all. They don’t seem put off. It’s annoying to have to remember, say, 40 terms of address for 20 fellows. And many of them choose or are assigned pseudonyms that don’t suit their backgrounds, come across as silly, particularly when you realize they were given exactly the correct names at birth.

Funny story, one guy was chatting with me as (eg, John) and related a story where he quoted a friend as saying “(eg, Samuel), you need to consider driver insurance when financing a vehicle purchase.” We both chuckled.

I once reached out to Lorenzo as a favour for a fellow I met that claimed to be a wealthy surgeon. He indicated he planned to host his rich prep school friends from abroad for a bachelor party in town, as one was engaged. They wanted a housecall stripper of particular background. He turned out to be bogus and, in fact, was later taken to court on a payday loan default. When this came to light and obviously the whole plan was bull, and cancelled, Lorenzo was very good-natured about it. I’m sure they’ve seen it all. I have.

Putting this here cuz it’s not Stock.

I included an hour at Campus in my hopping last night. Quite busy. I would say all seating utilized. Nice mixed crowd. I don’t take private dances but pursue select contacts aimed at getting acquainted in quieter more natural settings. So far, one in the past year.

IMO the hottest dudes were not dancers but the dancers are engaging and polite doing the rounds

Smirnoff Ice $10 even + tip.

yes, it’s easy to figure out when people choose to use multiple aliases.  funny thing is they think nobody knows

the real question is - why is it such a big deal ?

oh the irony -

quite something to opine about people using multiple aliases when one does the very same thing, ad infinitum.
and particularly when one is known for the multiple aliases due to the signature verbose ridiculous/pompous/pretentious posts

not surprising in context , yet a stunning lack of self-awareness. again

The best knowledge to avoid seeing a guy is to discover on this forum that "he changed his name yet again". My favorites are the ones that stick to the 1st name I become familiar with - and stay that way.

As for wanting to know someone's actual name, that's PM material, not for the public at large to be privy of.

I was trying to find Chris from Panama and Marcus from Brazil on Instagram. They're both Adonis men, those are probably fake names. They're not easy to find if they're on social media.

Yeah Chris is certainly not his real name. I typed in his real name on IG and he was the first one to come up lol

I work as a dancer and do not use my real name. I don't think it's common for entertainers to use their real names
