How many of your hires are regulars?

Out of all your hires in a given period, how many of them would be regulars and how many of them would be new hires? 

Do you have a preference for one over the other? I know some men are always looking for "new blood" because they find it thrilling, while others enjoy the comfortable familiarity and deepened connection that comes with hiring regulars.

9 out of 10 hires are regulars I have seen for a while. When a regular retires, I look for a new provider. I may hire a non-regular provider when I travel. Should add that I mainly hire masseurs - when I find a provider that gives a really good massage, I dont see the need to keep trying (often mediocre) new talent.

I’m similar, although I’ve never hired a masseur for “sensual” purposes, only escorts. I see a certified massage therapist for deep tissue work, though.

I’m currently seeing one provider whom I met in early February exclusively, since it’s transitioning into something more off-the-clock and deeper. Of course, I remain my usual level-headed self about this.

Once I find a good masseur I pretty much always stick with them. Unfortunately young people have a tendency to move in and out of NYC frequently.

I’m basically down to one regular guy now.  He’s been retired now for several years but continues to see me.  Perhaps it a courtesy on his behalf or perhaps he genuinely enjoys my company.  Either way, he continues to be the best sex in the universe.  
 

I seldom engage the services of a new hire but when the hormones kick in I’ve got to address my needs. 😜
