Masseurs in South Korea

Hi, please remove this post if it's not allowed.

I'll be traveling to South Korea in April, and wanted to know if anyone has any experience booking a masseur there. I'll be staying near GangNam (like that Psy's song) 😄. My preference is athletic/muscular body type.

There are a few spas in Seoul that cater to gay men. I got one in one of those shops and it was a good experience. They let you pick who you want by description - but caution that many of their masseurs are not actually Korean. Philippines and Thailand are likely. The one I got was in Itaewon. I can’t recall the name.

I have been a couple of times to the male massage shops on visits to Seoul and always had a good time. I call ahead and make sure that I can get one of the guys in the picture catalog. They have always been Korean guys, tall, muscular, clean-cut, and willing to please. Some do have the "X" for no anal.

MiC's link above has a lot of choices. I think I have observed is that in Seoul the guys on offer tend to be a little older, taller, and more muscular. In Japan, the guys tend to look underage by American standards, and tiny.  Give me Seoul for the guys anytime.

And, after your session, be sure to go to a raucous hole-in-the-wall-looking place for KFC (Korean fried chicken) and beer. That way you can sample Korean beef and Korean chicken in the same night.

Well. This thread needs a little update.

I've tried different spas in Seoul: Spy, Superman, Prime, and one that will be called "Isle"

In terms of facilities, Prime stood out the most because it's the cleanest and the service was also good.

I tried Spy twice, and both times left me satisfied, I just don't like how the shower is outside of the treatment room. Also both times were under time.

I met the most handsome masseur at Superman (out of the four facilities), great massage but the ending could have been better.

Isle is more straightforward with their services. It's done at some kind of apartment, which is not modern or clean. What I personally liked about this experience is the masseur looked like a guy I have a crush on haha.

Overall, I would recommend Prime over everything just because of the state of their facility. I've contacted these facilities via messaging apps. Prime and Superman were the most professional in communication.

Oh I can't imagine south korea having these sketchy places. I mean Japan yes, obviously by the massage porn videos. I thought korea was too conservative because you can't really see a lot of sex stuff about them online. More on cutesy kdrama kpop stuff lol. I was always wondering what korean "bulgogi" taste like. I've tried several cuisines already, from indian to arab, to japanese, chinese, thai, vietnamese, french, latinos, blacks and whites, but never korean 🤔 so should I travel to korea to get an authentic taste?

Trust me. You can get full service in Seoul. And Korean men at these places are more to my taste than in Japan... taller, more muscular, and masculine. Some with BDE.

I wish that my travels would take me back to Seoul.

Yeah now I'm determined to visit Seoul 🤣 I thought koreans are have smaller cuts based on a worldwide study. Need to get some k-sausage now 😂
