Had a fantastic session with Gabriel last week. He is a very talented masseur and definitely knows his craft. One downside is that I hoped he'd have his shirt off. His photos are all shirtless and it seems he has a physique to be proud of. Wish I could have seen it. Nonetheless, I left satisfied and would see him again.

Quick update for everyone: with today’s weather in NYC (heavy snow, that gross sleet mix, and genuinely sketchy travel conditions), we’re going to be closed today so nobody has to risk getting stuck, sliding around, or turning a simple appointment into an extreme sport.

The safety of our clients and our guys comes first. Thanks for understanding. This weather has been absolutely wild lately, and we’ll post again as soon as things clear up and it’s safe to reopen.

Meant to write a review on Tony last week when I had my appointment. I would say definitely a recommend. He told me he was from Colombia and worked over there doing chiropractic work so he’s definitely skilled. Very friendly and strong. And if I can say, he just might be the “biggest” masseur there 😉 (you know, as far as muscles are concerned lol)

HK’s gallery is pretty helpful. There’s no other spa that displays their masseurs’ photos

Is it reliable, have the guys been notified and ready when you arrive?

There seems to be not a single availability right now in the system, I suspect they need to constantly enter the dates and time on which each masseur is available, and they have not done that for the coming week yet.

@HKMS_Concierge let us know if you intend to maintain this appointment booking page or we should not use it.

Hey @Tarte Gogo, yes, it’s fully operational. When you book online, the assigned therapist gets a text notification right away, so they’re notified and ready for your appointment.

Sundays are usually when we confirm everyone’s availability for the following week, which is why you may not see openings if the schedule hasn’t been entered yet. Going forward, we’re going to publish schedules two weeks out so there’s consistent availability showing in the system.

Online booking has been working well for clients who like to book in advance. For same-day appointments, the best option is still to call so we can confirm the quickest availability in real time.

It’s working fine. The benefit of the online is it’s easier to see who’s available. A downside is that it’s so easy to book that appointments seem to fill up fast. I usually book a day in advance or call if I’m looking for the same day

Just had another great massage here with Rox. He got out all the stress and nuisance knots. The place is so clean and well designed. The bathroom is spotless. Love it as a treat after one of those days at work.
