The best way to deal with your question is to discuss it with the escort before hand. I always advocate discussing as many aspects as possible about your session in advance. There is no way to predict or guess what the other is expecting. If you're expecting a lot of play time, make that point known before you make the final confirmation. Well, I would just tell them what you want. If you are paying...most likely they will say yes...especially if you are treating them that nicely....and if they are disagreeable..there are plenty more of us that will say yes.
