I know @tyro recently passed away and @quoththeraven hasn't posted in awhile, leaving @FreshFluff as our only active female, but yesterday I noticed posts by a new person, @KateNickolson.

So, Kate... first of all, WELCOME!

Secondly (not meant to be rude, but) are you a woman?  If so, it'll be nice to have another female perspective around here.

Perhaps we shouldn't rule out  @quoththeraven posting again.  She has a long history here  and many friends!
