I feel really sorry for this poor guy, whose face is almost destroyed/disfigured by drug/steroid abuse. His liver and kidneys must be in a similar state; it doesn't matter how muscular/"healthy" he appears on the outside. People doing this don't tend to live longer, rarely past 40.
