Have any of you ever hired an escort who hosts at home?  I tried to book someone recently and they sent me a home address that didn't appear to be in the best neighborhood.  They had stellar reviews, but I decided to pass.

In the last several years I've only been to a couple of escorts homes. Both were overnights and I enjoyed both very much. One threw in a lovely breakfast on his patio which was a bonus.

I've volunteered a few days a week for years  in an area of town that's known to be the most dangerous......not scared at all....some of the nicest people.......

if it makes you feel better, do what I do occasionally: leave a note on the floor in the middle of your living room with all the pertinent details.....that way, when your friends and relatives come and knock down your door because you haven't answered anybody for days, they'll know where to find your body and who to arrest!

I have hired a number of escorts who hosted me in their apartments/condos but never in a detached home.  Never had a problem but have always been careful about the neighborhood.  I usually entertain escorts in my home in which I always prepare dinner.

Yup.  I went to a pretty sketchy area on Bogota, Colombia when I was there last year to this tiny apartment.  I had a fun time, as I wasn’t there for the ambience.

I have been to multiple escorts home before. Never had an issue. If you don't want them to host then you should get a hotel

Going to the provider's home might work better with older providers.  When I was in my 20s I lived in some not so nice places.  Why should young guys be different now?

Most of the escorts I’ve seen have visited my area or while I’m on vacation/business trips… so we’ve met in hotels. However, I’ve been to the home of a popular guy on the west coast. The guy I now have seen the most, I’ve been to his place many times. There are a few guys who have invited me to their home if I’m ever in their area.

I think it’s safe. Unless the escort gave you you a reason to, I wouldn’t worry. You could always ask the guy to meet you at your car and walk you to his place if it makes it easier. Worse thing he can say is no.

I only do incalls. I’m more uncomfortable having a stranger come to my home then the occasional sketchy neighborhood.

I once went to an incall in another city, and when I pulled up to the address, it was in an incredibly sketchy area. I was already charged up, so figured I'd just go with it.  Once I got inside the building and met the guy, he led me to what was clearly not his house but a sort of rented room (almost like it was a storage room for the building or something).  Inside was a bed with a fake leather cover, a tv on the wall, and nothing else.  

It was obvious once I was there that it was set up only for sex work, and I got the sense that it was probably used by many providers.  I went for it since I was already there, but it felt weird and off the whole time.  In hindsight, I think that is a pretty increased risk for it to be a sting, or to be busted by the cops, or to be filmed without my consent, and began to think about the hygiene and generally sketchiness of it, and wish I had walked away.  So now I'm much more careful about incall hires.
