Tops who perform oral — Any recommendations?

I’ve seen a few threads on oral tops, but based on some of the responses, I’m not sure if others define that as I do.

I’m looking for good tops who also are good at performing oral. Lately, the tops I’ve met either didn’t perform oral (they just received it) or they performed it half-heartedly.
