Escorts: Since we are supposed to assume that everyone is positive, do you want your client to reveal his HIV status? If so, when and how could it be done without throwing a damper on the session? If you knew for sure, would you limit your activity with him? If so, how?

Limits

 

Sero-discordant couples have been having sex for years without risk to the negative partner. However, this is the individual choice which every person confronts and must make for themselves. Simply being an escorts puts us at risk due to the number of partners we have sexually, not just for HIV but for any number of other possibilities, including simply a cold. I always advise my younger escort friends NEVER to take anyone's word for it and assume they are positive and then to determine what risks they will and will not take with EVERYONE and act accordingly with EVERYONE. I frankly give my clients the exact same suggestion. Good luck and continue to ask plenty of questions.

Great advice.

 

As I've said elsewhere, even if YOU think you're negative and you have recent blood tests to "prove" it, you may have sero-converted 10 minutes after they drew the blood for that test.

 

Assume every partner is positive and play accordingly.
