Chicago AIDS Garden

Chicago AIDS Garden should open this spring with new plantings, a huge sculpture by Keith Haring, and other features.  The website has started a story archive.  I would encourage people to share personal stories written, audio, or video.  I liken it to an AIDS quilt made of words. You can view it and learn how to submit through this link.  https://www.aidsgardenchicago.org/quilt.  I am helping with the story archive and contributed a personal piece.

Thanks for the link. The garden will be a nice addition to a somewhat hardscrabble portion of the lakefront.

Nothing is as powerful of an image as the AIDS quilt, laid out on the great lawn in D.C.
