Seeking.com CEO says he's marrying with no pre-nup!

Well, I have found a number of good men, including my current and hopefully forever man from this website. He now has a video on youtube in which he claims he's not only marrying with no prenup, but that they're "waiving their right to any divorce." I didn't even know one could do that. Is this believable or just marketing? It's sounds pretty insane to me, if it's true...
