If you feel he’s worth double then you should have no problem paying him double. Kinda of a jerk move to tell someone their worth is and then turn around and ask for a discount. If you don’t want to pay his new rate, that you suggested, then you should move on to another low cost provider.

The limitations he had at that time, refusal to ALLOW oral, and refusing to top, are now both things he's willing to do, so he would be well worth his current asking donation. 

I should have seen him in person for his initial donation, then made the suggestion upon leaving. In 2024, the going rate for an experience in the Las Vegas area with a porn actor is about $400, which he could easily command. (I'm not telling him direct, though)!
