This guy used to be based in Kansas City under a different name I don’t remember. I suspected he was straight. I hired him and was very disappointed....couldn’t “rise” to the occasion and if you’ll look carefully at one of his pictures you’ll notice a lump on his chest. I suspect it’s a pacemaker though I can’t be sure. It’s definitely some kind of implanted medical device.

I would have been better off taking his fee and hitting Harrah’s casino in Kansas City.

yes, he was based out of KC, reached out to him a couple times when he visited St Louis but he never replied...seem to think the implanted device is some type of insulin pump?

I just remember thinking to myself that I needed to avoid touching that area of the body for fear the device might dislodge itself. This guy was extremely thin to the point of being almost emaciated. Being so thin the device really stood out.

Wrong side for a pacemaker.

Too high for an insulin pump.

I’m betting on some type of port.

Most likely for chemotherapy infusions.

Looks like a hypoglossal nerve stimulator

Best answer so far.

That explains the lead going over his clavicle and into his neck.

They only thing going against it is that it would be odd for a young thin man

to suffer from obstructive sleep apnea. Certainly not impossible though.

Most sleep apnea are obstructive sleep apnea where the excessive pharyngeal fat pushes against the upper airway collapsing it during sleep.

And then there are those whose brain just stop telling their neck muscles to contract to breath during sleep. This is called central sleep apnea mostly associated with lower brain stem injury of some kind.

These HNS devices were originally made for the CSA people but then fatties like us demanded to have this good stuff, too. So now it's everywhere. Thinking of getting one myself mainly to make it simple during camping trips.

PNP and his most clear face pic looks like a polaroid...

What can possibly go wrong?

He also spent some time in New Orleans, my old market. Too tall for me, soI never hired. If you pose with shoulder pads to emphasize your jock cred, you're probably not a real jock.
