Post-COVID Hiring changes

Are you planning to approach this hobby any differently when it appears the COVID threat is past and we've been vaccinated? For example, like many of us, I went into severe lockdown mode for several months starting last March. Remember how concerned we were about shopping for groceries? Then I loosened up a bit during summer. Now I've decided to just wait until I get vaccinated.

 

Going forward I think I will lean toward "Tried and True" over "Flavor of the Month." New hot guys, with little experience at this, who travel city to city are less appealing to me now. I have a renewed appreciation for those who make a career of this, are known on this forum and who maintain a loyal following. Not living in CA or FL the pool of such hires is smaller but some travel and I can travel a bit too.
