I'm not sure what this has to do with 'privacy'... but speaking as a client, I've done both. With escorts I've seen before there tends to be more conversation before, and a bit of time hanging out before we get to the action, but I've heard stories about the conversation time cutting into play time so I'm always mindful of that.

Not an escort... :)

When escort meet client do you guys start conversation or just go straight to w.e you guys planned with them

I think it really depends on the escort/client relationship and probably changes from client to client. I mean if you just met the provider, depending on your confidence level you may want to talk first to get any nervousness out. Just as I’m sure there are people who go at it the moment the door closes. Not everyone is going to approach the same situation the same way.

No escort I encountered (or least I don’t recall) has immediately wanted to go at it the moment I walked in the door. I honestly think the ones I’m meeting the first time, some of them find me intimidating. Some just want to know more details of what I’m in to. The guys I’ve seen regularly tend to be men I have a strong bond or connection with. We tend to catch up and ease into the bedroom fun. Although most greet me with a hug and kiss.

Do you guys feel like ur not human and r just sex machine ? Does it offend you or r u ok with it

There are providers who like the thought of being used, sexually, but all in all they want to be respected as people and not just thought of as meat.. as it were. As with anything I’m sure there are outliers. There are guys, both clients and providers alike, who want to be degraded and thought less off because they get some type of gratification out of it or they have esteem issues or any number of reasons why. If it’s a role play scenario, I’m sure there is no offense taken. If it’s because the client is just being an asshole, well that’s another story. Lol!

For me it depends on the client that I am meeting. Some want to go straight to the bed others like to talk some. As far as the second part of the question, I know what my job is and what I am expected to do. Luckily most clients treat me with respect. Though that doesn't mean that I don't feel somewhat objectified at times.
