Korean culture, especially in the major cities, has changed a lot. There's a lot of cultural progress at play.

 

There's a HUGE out & proud contingent that's very vocal in Seoul. I was last there in Feb and it was pretty awesome.

 

And yeah, lots of beautiful, beautifully-built guys. Chiseled faces, but not feminine at all. More 6 ft+ guys that I expected.

as noted there's no way for any of us to speak for all of the models you see. There are several massage spas in Seoul that appear to employ those sorts of muscle-y guys.

 

It's a fascinating place. Lots of fundamentalist christians with too much power and sway over culture. It's a nice country to spend time in though.
